A fantastic trip to North Devon was recently had with my chum Andy.
Whilst the 5 hour trip down the M4/5 was horrific the views and serenity more than made up for it.
Camp for the first night was near a babbling brook and whilst cloud the second night allowed me to get my first snap of the Milky way!

The walk started with a steep climb, but before long we were soon enjoying the cliff paths, albeit a little rocky and loose underfoot.

Once we’d survived the Mountain Goat tracks we then decended into the glorious woodlands..

A little pitstop at the National Trust was a welcome break, I very much enjoyed the Hot Ginger Beer and Flapjack,..

Hard to remember sometimes!
My cornish pasty was ‘this big’!
