I think so.
Never before have I shared my gratitude list, so no copying, but I figured that by sharing mine today, others may give it a go…
Are you brave enough to try something new?
So what is a gratitude list?
Some people do gratitude lists once a week, others once a year but many never do one – and I think they’re missing out.
I now do mine daily and make it small, because it’s easier, and takes less effort. So how does it work?
Each morning I simply think about a few things I am grateful for, trying not to repeat items from the last list I created.
It’s never a big list, for me just 5 things a day does the trick. I try to do this before I open my eyes when I wake, but sometimes I forget, and so do it when I’m walking the dog, eating lunch, or day dreaming on a work call when I’m pretending to be all important.
The picture is todays gratitude list. It’s bigger than normal, but hopefully gives you an idea of how it works.
Now understand that when considering writing this post, I also decided to spend a little bit more time on todays list – but even this time was well spent – and I’m confident the rest of the day is going to be better for doing it.
The beauty of a gratitude list is that whenever you do it, you realise you’ve got something to be grateful for, and if you can’t add anything to your list, well, you’re just not thinking hard enough.
A pictures says a thousand words – take a look at mine.
Hope this helps someone.

p.s. If you think this is all hippy non-sense, don’t worry, I did as well at the start.
